I love William Morgan Sheppard. He will forever be the crusty Klingon warden at Rura Penthe in Star Trek 6 and the Ahab alien in Voyager's "Bliss"....but his performance in this episode is also terrific and Brent Spiner absolutely knocks it out of the park in this one.
